KFSR  Explorations ONE

Explorations was a three hour radio program blasting the airwaves on Wednesday nights 9p-midnight from October 1999 to the spring of 2k05.  KFSR,  90.7,  the beloved radio station was located on the campus of Cal State University Fresno.  mykal powell was  the primary selector of the program & was solely responsible for the musical content being broadcasted,  as the year was coming to an end,  opportunity to play at a  local venue had been presented along with two KFSR the dj's.  ZAPPS PARK was a great lil dive bar located in the Tower District.  this was xmas eve 1999 & the Beat Dynasty crew was formed.  as  2000 was emerging &  listenership growing , the sound of the Beat Dynasty was getting louder &  taking ova the 6p slot w/the addition of manuel carr aka dj transparent. the Wednesday Night Beat Dynasty crew hailed the airwaves for the next three years
