Möd3rn is a global project from 3 wellknown artists who wanted to give a side project from their own solo career. It's a band, producing, playing live but it's also a label created only for the trio productions. Each releases will propose 3 tracks from the 3 artists. For that first one the famous trio propose 3 huges bombs Mö4, Mö5 and Mö6, 3 huge techno killer using rough skins with raw edit. Speech less and listen to that we can call Pure TEchno.
While carefully handling their respective careers, postponing then their obvious collaboration, Möd3rn trio's members have capitalized its desire and now deliver its mere substance, in the rightest moment, where, simply, all the distant forces converge.
The six daring, expert hands merge now into a unique entity, unanimously moving within the same effort towards techno music. Of the distinct identities merely remains the ethereal, synthetic essence devoted to the group, and the common musical passion that leads it. The formula is elaborated freely: each one's adjunctions -subtle keys, nervous chords, underground blows, rhythmical uproars- pour into a thick maelstrom, opaque, condensing Detroit's grieving sensibilities as well as last decade's bewildering cacophonies. The potion obtained is irresistible, an ecstatic hybrid, prodigiously actual, that renders all the genre's diversity and dynamism.
Chance intertwined their paths and now the three companions celebrate both the friendship that resulted and the good fortune that has driven it, by improvising live together as one faceless, solid body agitated by the urge of dance and music, composing the material that shall be processed later on to form their eponym label's releases.

Pursuit is making those airmiles on our third EP. Flying in hot, straight from Cordoba Argentina is our friend Lucas Aquilera with a filthy and brooding track that has been a staplehold in the sets of label boss Rob Hes. 

On remixing duties, Rob is shaking things up with a big and dirty kick and combines that with all the great elements of the original. Additionally we have veteran Steve Mulder, who delivers a hands-in-air monster with his version of the remix. 

Slowing things down and dragging us into deeper, murkier and groovier waters is the talented duo Duss from Poland. Tipped as the biggest talent of 2018 by Rob Hes, they again deliver exactly that Pursuit sound.

LENSKE’s first release by Farrago, “Risin”, comes packing high velocity punches, including a collaboration with Amelie Lens and a remix from Kobosil. The EP’s A side is packed near 12 minutes of crisp machine driven techno with Farrago’s rattling peak-time “The Riddler” being the first to puncture. The title track, “Risin”, will only be released as the Kobosil remix, a titanium tour of auditory horrors, which also borrows from the EP’s other tracks. Lens’ signature sultry vocal samples on the B side’s “Jealousy” draw the contours of a jaw grinding banger, while “Hidden Power” rounds out the release with a blaring dance floor siren encased in exquisitely unpredictable arrangement. Stepping up for his debut EP on Berlin based Techno and Electronica label Off Recordings, Belgium based Tom Hades provides an EP primed for the record bags of the biggest Techno DJ’s around the world. ‘Stability’ mark’s his first full EP of 2018 in impressive style.  
 
Off Recordings has played host to some of the most renowned names in Techno, House, Electronica and everything in between. Founded by Andrew Crom in 2008, Crom has guided the label to over 90 releases featuring artists such as DJ W!ld, Mat.Joe, Darius Syrossian and Jay Lumen. He now welcomes Tom Hades into the coveted Off Recordings Family.  
 
Opening the EP in impressive style is the title track ‘Stability’. Setting the tone with a signature 808 drum-pad groove and building into a crescendo of industrial synth stabs, all combined with a powerful low-end bass. Following the opener is ‘Shapes’ with 7 Minutes of peak time madness. ‘Shapes’ is completely dripping in acid tones covered with a driving bass line and accompanied by a melodic synth.  
 
‘Balance’ brings the EP down to a slower pace as we hear Hades build upon the melodic synth vibes we hear in ‘Shapes’, this time using them to dramatic effect amongst an array of hi-hats and drum sequencers. ‘Core’ brings the EP to a close in emphatic style, delivering a thunderous demonstration of his abilities, stitched together with hi-hats and low pass drops.  
 
‘Stability’ EP is another example of Tom Hades prowess within the specialist Techno world and further solidifies his expert use of straightforward basslines and eternal melodies.

Charlotte de Witte continues to establish herself as a driving force on the contemporary techno scene with The Healer, her second EP on seminal British imprint Novamute. 

The four tracker comes after the Belgian has fully broken through with a dark, dense and driving sound that is proudly unrelenting. Her meteoric rise has come off the back of a series of huge productions, plus standout sets at key festivals and clubs all around the world. 

Charlotte’s fresh and innovative sound is immediately laid bare on opener ‘The Healer’, with eight minutes of spine-tingling, hypnotic techno. The sleek drums and icy hi-hats soon cast their spell, as well-crafted synths unfold up top to bring real emotion. ‘Silence’ is another slice of tunnel vision techno with perfectly designed drums rolling on and synths peeling off the groove. It’s trance inducing and otherworldly, with eerie voices adding to the all-consuming atmosphere. 

Then comes ‘Kuda’, a track built on monstrous kicks that hit hard and drive forward with real force. Filtered vocals bring character, and sharp edged percussion grows ever louder to take the track, and the club, to the next level. Last of all, ‘Song Of The Wood Nymphs’ shows another side to the producer with three minutes of suspensory synths and expansive ambient sounds that are filled with drama and tension.
