The book brings together a group of writers and scholars to consider the life and work of Alexandra Kollontai, her legacy, and myriad ways her thought and action have been relayed in order to resurface today among new waves of transnational, socialist, post-colonial, and environmental feminism that wield love as a revolutionary political weapon. Along these new paths, we walk in the footsteps of Kollontai (as well as the many other revolutionary feminist writers and activists), recognizing that there are indeed still many obstacles to overcome.
