Many years ago I was exposed to the world of Sound & Vibration at a Sound Bath and from then on became more involved in that fascinating world, hosting Sound Bath events, Meditations and Drum Circles at my center in LA. Those live events were shut down courtesy of the Covid 19 pandemic and that forced me into exploring the world sound via technology leading to this first Meditation music album.
