Life brings many changes, some for good and some not so much.  Often sadness comes with changes; even if the changes are positive.  Just the concept of change, especially when unplanned can bring trepidation and anticipation or even deep sorrow.   Losing someone that was significant part of your life and starting over again at any age is difficult as a wash of emotions and confusion rush in and steal your energy.   Forced to accept a change in life that was unplanned; a change in careers or location for whatever reason is also filled with emotion.   What is always important is grasping those ‘New Beginnings’ and making everything that happens from that point on a blessing to you and those around you whether they be friend, family or acquaintances.  Grasp every opportunity and find the good and bring that good into your life and your heart.
