The Avenue

6 of 6! This is the final song out of the 6 day release and I'm glad they are finally out there. A weight off my shoulders indeed. This vibe is a lot more open than the rest and is a great transition into the next batch of songs i'm cooking atm. More chill and expressive with a more collected vibe anyone can like! Each song tells it's own story. Not always through words but the emotion that is expressed. This album is an example of how far I've come in developing my "sound." These 13 tracks taught me about myself and where I want my music to go. This is a pivotal point in sound quality / atmosphere for me. (2 of the songs are remastered older tracks that felt needed the light and fit the ambiance of this album) Get lost in these vibes..

The theme is related to the phrase "Genius Loci" which means "Spirit of Place" Each track felt mesmerizing where if you listened to it a 100 times, you wouldn't get tired of it (which is how many times it feels listening to the same song over and over again during production lol) like a distant spirit would have hundreds of stories told about them. I used this concept in a fun playful way which is the end result you see/hear.
