happy tuesday everyone. after hitting my first ten mix milestone with alan watts, for my next set i've decided to begin incorporating lectures from dr. wayne dyer. i initially found him around 2009 and never looked back. to this day he is still my favorite author and number one go to. his worked saved my life over ten years ago and continues to inspire me. i even once had the pleasure of attending one of his live seminars in pasadena california. his work led me to my spiritual journey introducing me to taoism and eventually alan watts as well. for this next set of mixes they will be particularly special to me for the connection i have with him. fun fact we also share the same birthday! interestingly enough the day he passed away i was at a rave in los angeles being consumed by the music i'm here celebrating his life with. if this is your first time hearing about him, i encourage you to look deeper into his work.

happy thursday everyone welcome back. i'm excited to bring you this weeks mix. this passed week i've had a couple enlightening conversations that led to reminders of how much drumnbass, dj'ing and music is a part of my life and purpose. i've had reminders multiple times this week to always do our best to make everything a spiritual practice and/or meditation. Whether it is brushing your teeth, walking your dog, or simply drinking a glass of water, become conscious of the activity and with that awareness it will become a meditation. if you've listened to my other mixes you've seen i also have videos with alan watts. yesterday i met a woman who was in northern california during the time he was there. once she seen my alan watts tattoo she said "oh my god alan!" we spoke briefly but one thing she told me that resonated was "i'm so happy for you that you've woken up, there's no going back now, you know you can't go back to sleep right?" it was a wonderful way to start my work day. as always i hope this mix finds you well and in perfect health. thank you all for the support.
