currently the last track i actually wrote
and for some reason the solstice always seems like a time for me to share some music, sooo heres a tune
working on some releases intermittenly while on tour here also and will be sharing soon , but for today , id like you to hear this one 

woke up one day feeling heavy inside , overwhelmed and uptight,
decided to hit the studio to make some music to help me move forth
the creative flow state really helps me get through tough times
