Notes: I didn't have any lemon, so I just used a bread seasoning blend I made (peppercorn, garlic powder, onion flakes and some others). Due to work, I wasn't able to bake it after the 18 hour rise time, so I left it in the fridge for another 24 hours and it came out just fine.
