Original song by Cole. I wrote this song while returning to NYC where my ex and I met and lived together for 2 years. It came super fast like a tender slap in the face, gosh. While recording it, I broke down with the realization that the love for my ex was guiding me through this song. No matter what, love never ends. Always allow yourself to love even when a relationship is ending. Closing your heart to your lover is the main source of the pain. Keep your heart open.

Original song by Cole. This song really helped my heal towards the latter stages of my breakup. I read the book Tears to Triumph by Marianne Williamson, questioning what all this pain in my life was for. She answered that question for me, and I shared what I learned through this song.

To The Wind (Remastered)

Original song by Cole. I wrote the song weeks before my breakup happened. My work has always been oddly and amazingly prophetic. I think my work is sometimes more honest than I am with myself. This song was my first original that I recorded and it saved me through the immediate stages of my breakup, during which music was the only positive thing I could control about my future, and the reason that I then moved to Los Angeles two months later.

Summer Blaze

This song was created from the remnants of an already recorded song of mine that I accidentally played backyards. I thought the drive of the song and vocals where haunting, so I edited a new song.

Western Winds

Rhapsody of the Dying Pine was my first piano composition I wrote at 19 years old. After returning from my freshman year of collage spent abroad in Italy, not only had my view of the world simultaneously bloomed and shattered, but my parents had recently sold my childhood home, a beautiful cattle ranch in Colorado, and moved out of state. I came back to discover that I didn't know where home was anymore. I had left the small town of Oak Creek, Colorado to chase some risky dreams and in the process realized how sacred my childhood home was to me, then returned to find that I was an outsider to my most beloved memories, and there was no safe place to go if my big dreams left me wondering who I was. 
   From my lost childhood house, I could look down the little valley owned by my family and over the rolling hay meadows to a mountainside where a lone pine grew on the horizon. I pictured that tree while I wrote this song. Rhapsody of the Dying Pine is a deeply personal and nostalgic song populated with melodies that I had written and played as a child set into a bigger story of new sounds and feelings that had been painfully unearthed from saying goodbye to my childhood. Rhapsody of the Dying Pine Colorado 19

Singer Songwriter and Screenwriter. We don't choose our dreams, our dreams choose us. Singing has chosen me ever since I was a little kid. I grew up on a very rural ranch in the Colorado Rockies and I would sing to my animals, hoping that someone on the dirt road would drive by and hear me and "discover" me. But then I took matters into my own hands, went to college at NYU Tisch in NYC and recently moved to LA. I do all my own work, writing/recording/mixing, and I'm looking for representation from a label and a sound engineer/mixer. Thank you so much for listening.
