TBL Akaschion & TBL Japoe Are From Cincinnati Ohio, And formed the group starting as "Lil Splash & Yung Abee" at the age of 14 & 15 years old in 2016. They then decided to change their name To" "Akaschion" And "Japoe" in 2018 while forming the duo "TBL". Akaschion  is the older brother of Japoe.

"TBL" means Trust Before Love" growing up the Duo found it hard to trust other people because they come from the bottom trying to make a way and people always try to bring them down or split the group apart. "TBL" also has a meaing for how you can Love someone but cant always trust that person.
