We present the second release of the year,  "Disco Bandido '' for Argentinean duo KRSSV, a project that focuses on exploring genres such as EBM, Industrial, and Post Punk.

"Disco Bandido" features 7 tracks composed by Federico in 2021, with a sequence of synthesizers, a range of samples, powerful drum beats, and industrial textures, the album evokes sounds from EBM and Industrial music of the 80s.

Includes Remix by Happy707, Anti Yo, Meshes & Lbeeze.

KRSSV is currently exploring different forms of corroding sound as an established premise, working across different disciplines including sound stimulation, live TV broadcast performances, direct intervention on cinematographic film, and spatial distribution of stimuli.

One of the compilations of 2023 Curses' Next Wave Acid Punx DEUX saw the Berlin-based Musician and DJ explore the darker side of club music. Bringing together 49 tracks that joined the dots between early industrial pioneers, EBM legends and post-punk bands with some of the most exciting artists around today this was a celebration of the kind of raw electronic music best performed live in smoke filled clubs.

One might suspect that between this and the first equally acclaimed, and substantial, Next Wave Acid Punx album clubland's gothic vaults might be eerily empty. But, just as every good live act knows, you should hold something special back for an encore, and so Curses is back with Next Wave Acid Punx DEUX - Secret Cuts, 11 bonus tracks that all deserve their own moment in the strobe light.

"Curating Next Wave Acid Punx DEUX was a big puzzle," explains Curses. "Figuring out how to fit all these tracks across 6 different 12"s required a lot of calculations and, to be quite frank, I was never that great at maths. Unfortunately, this meant we had to cut some real heaters off of DEUX. But Eskimo and I decided that we couldn't let these gems go to dust. I've been DJing them loads in my sets, so it was only fair to share them with y’all to DJ and rage to yourselves. So, here it is... the final blast of bonus tracks for Next Wave Acid Punx DEUX: Secret Cuts."

Featuring the likes of Ghost Cop, Paresse, Nuovo Testamento, You Man, plus a new Curses track and Redux version, Secret Cuts is a worthy companion piece, packed full of the kind of jagged synths, jackhammer kickdrums, heavily gated snares and punk attitude that saw Next Wave Acid Punx DEUX named a BBC 6 Music compilation of the week, score a perfect 10 from Faze Mag and go straight in the record bag of every DJ that appreciates the darker things in life.

Following his debut album "WOMB" on X-IMG in 2024, Brussels-based OTTOMAN GRÜW returns with the "WOMB II" follow-up EP, showcasing his distinct industrial-leaning and destructive approach to electronic music once more. Two original tracks blend abrasive bass lines splayed across striding machine rhythms, layers of reverberated noise and distortion drenched vocals.

This follow-up release is expanded by four excellent remixes by UNCONSCIOUS (IT), EKATA (UK), VIDEOTRAUM (DE) and RICARDO LAINE (CAN). "WOMB II" ends with the sinister and hallucinatory-like ambient track “Born Again, Fragmented” While the previous album is more introspective and explores our relationship with the divine, intertwined with existential dread, "WOMB II" concisely embraces the other side - along the lines of madness, chaos, and the terrifying freedom that comes from tearing reality apart.

After earlier appearances on the label, Dimitris Doukas, better known under his “Restive Plaggona” moniker, returns as his industrial oriented alias “Matriarchy Roots” on Strange Therapy. A highly engaging and confrontational project influenced by anti-patriarchy ideas and industrial music. “Changing Habits” will guide us among creepy atmospheres, sharp noises and destructive soundscapes made to question our way of thinking and our society's structures.

Where Is Your Toughness Now (No Forgiveness) finds the listener surrounded by a sense of dread and imminent doom, a collection of shrilling glimpses and brooding ambiances, distant broken memories made sound and sudden disturbances. At the end of the track added piano notes will increase the creepiness, preparing us for what will come next. More More More More (Courting Insanity) dwells in deep power electronics territory, and we will find ourselves in a bleak sea of chaos and madness. Obsessive rhythmic patterns and majestic effects impose a robust march, evoking a mechanical world inside our vicious mind. Just when you think this is it an eerie melody complete the scenario. Breasts In Sight (Demand A Choice) surprises with delicate ambient synth sounds and crystalline atmospheres in a droning course, reaching after a while a stomping movement with martial innuendos and distorted kick drums. The listener finds himself in a complex mix of emotions underlined by melancholic notes and ominous soundscapes, perhaps showing us personal facts from the author's life.  

Lifestyle (After The Rise Comes The Fall) is a rhythmic noise affair with cinematic elements and abrasive atmospheres with suspended parts and heavily manipulated vocals. A nightmarish voyage into anarchic assaults and controlled darkness reaching orchestral greatness. Monogamy Rules (Not Belonging To Anyone) uses suspense as a device showcasing broken sounds and shrilling lines, conjuring an alarming sonic world for us. The tension grows as the highly cinematic crescendo reaches an industrial climax with sci-fi qualities. Inner thoughts and ideas become a compulsive soundtrack to the demise of our preconceptions and in-built credos, leaving us with a sense of uneasiness.  The last track Masculine Norms (The Many Faces Of Manhood) drives the message home by the means of eerie soundscapes and cut-up sounds, giving us a crawling movement with sparse rhythms and soothing hidden melodies. Distant laments evoke a deeply disturbing portrait of struggle and mixed emotions.
