The release travels through bouncy, soulful beats and across sensational soundscapes, completing their signature “moody, groovy, and pspspsychedelic” sound palette. Nehuen is an Argentinian-born, Barcelona-based producer & DJ with a long track record in dance music. He first found notoriety as a Red Bull Music Academy alumnus, followed by his 5-year tenure on Radio Primavera Sound, and the Classicworks label which he co-founded and ran
with Cardopusher (aka Safety Trance).

His first release for Maximum Airtime has been a long time in the making: he actually sent the hard-jacking acid techno monster “Build And Release” to Chrissy way back in 2012, and it hasn't left his crate since.

“Build And Release” is backed by the chuggy sci-fi electro jam “Damage Control”, and an absolutely scorching 160-bpm remix by legendary Chicago footwork producer Jana Rush (Dance Mania, Planet Mu).

We are back for the new year and where better to start than with one of Bristols up and coming talents, in multi genre selector, Merty. 
Focusing on the more bouncy and energetic side of dance music, the self taught DJ recently graduated from mixnights first intermediate course. She unites techno, minimal and broken beat with some garage influences to create a seriously punchy mix. 
Bristol people keep an eye out for this name on the posters around your city and we can't wait to see what 2024 has in store for this young artist.

To celebrate their new single 'Pasitos Jaguari', which came out on the 25th of January, the Swiss duo Okvsho hooked us up with a fresh new mix. It's the 3rd single of their upcoming album 'A Place Between Us', which is forthcoming as the first album of their own label Current Moves.

For 'Pasitos Jaguari' they teamed up with singer AKIRA and it delivered an interesting piece of jazz with Latin-fused rhythms and lyrics. Definitely making us stoked for what more they have in store for the album.
