Known for his omnipresence in the UK underground breaks/jungle scene rught now, Mani Festo is a producer in demand. The Club Glow co-head is now making an outing on SweetBox, following a string of releases on E-Beamz, WNCL, Hooversound and more. Take a listen to his coveted breaks banger 'Cheatin', featuring a vocal that you'll almost certainly recognise. Make sure you check out his Dummy Mix, too. Described in a press release as "hazardously sour bangers!", two-tracker 'Toxic Waste / Warehouse 2.0' is proper rave material, and we're premiering the latter below. Amid a frenzy of breaks and relentless kicks, the track spirals into an acid belter, handclaps galore and arpeggiated madness.

One year on from Erbium's emergence - with debut VA release Reactions Vol 1 - we're super proud to present the next experiment in the series.

Reactions Vol 2 marks a swirling palette of creativity, expanding into a versatile 12-tracker featuring artists from myriad backgrounds.
An exploration of sound that uncovers the many colourful states of matter within the electronic spectrum.

From trance-inducing ambience, introspective electro feels and nostalgic rave fantasies, to broken techno mindbenders, acid workouts and drum-centric leftfield sounds, each track stands as a reflection of their creator while coherently tapping into the ebb & flow of the overarching VA experience.

The release marks the culmination of almost 9 months work, curating a line up of both new and established artists that we respect and enjoy equally. We have worked very closely (label and artists) throughout the process to create a visual aesthetic that aligns with the shifting styles within, as well as to craft a sonic narrative throughout the VA that harmoniously twists & turns from beginning to end.

Exploring his interest in the more measured, atmospheric side of electronic music, Movement presents his debut EP under a new alias, Agora. Whilst illustrating the influences of his roots in UKG and Breakbeat, Agora moves further from conventional dance music as the release progresses, finishing with the title track, Oranges & Lemons, an ode to a love of ambient. His most introspective release so far, Oranges & Lemons showcases a transition from the club ready dance space, to a sphere of home listening by the time of the closing track.

Chris Finke aka Bodyjack is a proper veteran - a DJ/producer with a long involvement in DMC Championships, he's someone who has taken that knowledge of what works in a club to his own productions. The latest example of this is 'Enfant Terrible', a cut primed for huge warehouse settings or shadowy basements. It's taken from his forthcoming 'Measure Twice, Cut Once' EP, arriving on house and techno-focused FINA sister label FINA WHITE, dedicated to the release of pure and unadulterated peak-time bangers. Vexxe , classically trained on the compositions of Debussy, Medtner, and Tchaikovsky, creates music for sound systems, club settings, and in-home listening enjoyment. He blends simple ideas with shades of nuance to build captivating moments within his musical explorations.

‘Pulse 5’ invites listeners into a spinning pool of echoed-out bleeps scattered over a broken beat rhythm, cementing itself securely as a tool in the 130 bpm bass genre. With an extensinsive back story and the original sought after online for the past 2 years, we’re thrilled to be approached to officially release this track, accompanied by 3 remixes from artists who have been pinging our radar off over the years with their movements.

Starting us off, Spektralsound strips and slows the track down to 120 bpm allowing frequencies more space to echo over the skeleton of big kicks and chuggy bass stabs. Keeping to the original tempo, Meta donates a techy 4x4 remix keeping the pace moving forward at all times whereas Hartta replicates the broken beat elements through a skippy 2-step garage style of sampling and arrangement. The release will be begging your local bass bins for every last decibel they have on tap.

All proceeds from the release will be split between Music Loves Ohio and Knowle West Media. Music Loves Ohio is a nonprofit providing opportunities for financially underserved youth in central Ohio to pursue their passion for music by providing education sessions, after school
programs, and instruments.

The Knowle West Media Centre works collaboratively in the heart of South Bristol to develop creative models for achieving social change while supporting people to develop the skills and confidence to be change-makers themselves. Their programs include access to an innovation lab, makers courses, free professional training and workshops teaching tools used in creative fields, and various songwriting and production resources.

@jenkemmag and Steel City Dance Discs unite for a high-energy compilation – each team bringing forth two artists of their choosing for a heavyweight bout across 4 tracks.

All four artists are up and coming international-based electronic musicians and DJ’s, regularly releasing records and appearing on the international club circuit (that once was). The combo represents a global take on Electro, Techno, Drum and Bass, and main room rave-style rhythms.

Jenkem Recordings is the music imprint of Jenkem Magazine, a skateboarding and culture platform, based in New York. Jenkem Recordings’ main goal is to continue to push the strong connections between music and skateboarding by finding new artists to support who have a strong connection to both communities.

Steel City Dance Discs is a record label exported from Newcastle, Australia AKA the Steel City. From House to Gabber, there’s no bracket for S.C.D.D.’s racket – the group has maintained a steady flow of genre-spanning records and tapes since 2016. With the members having originally connected through skateboarding, this collaboration between the two groups came as a natural one.
