Projekt artystyczno-badawczy oparty na praktyce nagrań terenowych w przestrzeni starych cmentarzy.
Projekt Funereal osadzony jest w szerokim kontekście studiów nad śmiercią oraz rozważań nad miejscami pamięci i tzw. pejzażami śmierci (deathscapes). Skupia się na, niejednokrotnie pomijanych, aspektach audialnych (soundscapes) związanych ze szczególną, heterotopiczną przestrzenią dawnych, zapomnianych cmentarzy. W rozważaniach łączy z pozoru odległe od siebie wątki dotyczące pamięci, ekologii dźwięku i paranaukowego zjawiska EVP − Electronic Voice Phenomena.
