Published to accompany an interview with Disco Tehran, it includes rare tracks from vinyl from the Middle East to Latin-America. Its sonic narrative explores the longing for home and the search for community. A feeling of nostalgia, reflection and inspiration infuses this one-hour mix.

This Summer Mixtape created by Aleph, in a special joint programing with Disco Tehran for Aire Libre FM, explores classical and contemporary Middle Eastern music with elements of techno and underground tracks from the desert. The selection includes Sufi music by Soliman Gamil, an unreleased oriental track by Polo & Pan, an oracular track by Alejandro Molinari, as well as recent releases by Acid Hamman & Nasiri.
