It's far from perfect, but I still love it because it brings back such beautiful memories of dancing and partying with lovely people <3

A few weeks ago, I decided to dive into German songs that most people know, classics and cult hits alike. Although I feel quite German, having grown up here, I realized I don‘t know much about older German music (my parents are from england and india) and wanted to connect more deeply with that part of my identity. So I decided to kick off the set with a playful twist: “Da Da Da” by Trio, a German classic that sets the tone for a high-energy ride packed with sunshine, rhythm, and emotion.
From there in it’s a feel-good journey through skippy garage, warm breaks, and rolling basslines mixed with some brazilian bass and house, featuring some of my favorite producers like YUQT, JEV, Sally C, Conducta, INVT, and Cortese. Mid-set, a disco bomb from my childhood drops, Chaka Khan’s “I Feel for You”, before closing with a dreamy Japanese '70s gem, “Passion Flower” by Haruomi Hosono, Shigeru Suzuki & Tatsuro Yamashita.
Blending nostalgia with forward-thinking selections, this mix is a celebration of identity, influence, and pure dancefloor bliss.
