Sometimes in life we wake up and realize what effect our careless and wild life has had. In this face we become aware of the pain and the simultaneous grief inside. It is a reflection of ourselves in every atom and every cell and an intense impulse that runs through our entire existence. Like a volcano that brings out all that is deep-seated in its eruption, the earth trembles within us and pours everything out. The pain of separation and the fear of death behind abandonment is a tremendous force and energy that we can finally surrender to and penetrate. This takes time and patience with ourselves. As we surrender to this outpouring and release, we can free ourselves at some time then. Space is made for the new within and once the veils and mists have lifted, fertile ground is created for the new. It is time for regeneration and new creation. I have created this mix for all those who are experiencing something similar with me in this process of suffering. It is a tribute to the life & power of reformation that lies within us. I am fully alive - feeling everything - Pain, death, loss and off course also self-dissolution in a very intense way - but I AM this LIFE and even more - hope, confidence and faith. Take this mix with you on your personal journey of transformation - let yourself be transformed and trust God's love - it will guide you and always remind you of who you really are
