Jansons' latest EP, "Studio Electronic", is a testament to his talent and expertise as a producer. Released on Future Disco's new label, Future Disco Dance Club, the EP features three new tracks in addition to the already popular "Feed The Night".

Kicking the EP off with a "Sugar", Jansons offers a sultry and smooth house number that is perfect for those late-night dance sessions. Featuring warped vocals, a cross-polination of synth structures and hypnotic beat that is sure to get dancefloors swaying, Janson's layers of instrumentation set the tone for an EP brimming with a unique sound at every turn.

Next, you'll be pulled in by the steady beats of "11 Stereo." Adding in layers of vocal chops and percussion which gently build up to the drop, "11 Stereo is pure house heaven at home and in the club alike.

It's title track, "Studio Electronic" continues to reiterate Jansons ability to create impeccably produced house music. With an abundance of high hats layered over funky guitar rifts, "Studio Electronic" is both catchy and danceable for those late night sets.

Completing the EP with "Feed The Night." Janson rounds off with with perfectly timed breaks and builds that keep the energy high until the very end. Possibly the most disco leaning track of them all, Janson's blend of nods to the 70s and modern electronic music is everything you'd hope for from the producer.

Throughout "Studio Electronic" EP, Jansons showcases his ability to seamlessly merge together various electronic elements to create a cohesive and danceable tracks. Wherever you're listening, the EP is sure to get you in the mood to groove. Solid Grooves close 2023 with the fifth instalment of 'Raw Grooves' as Blackchild, Ramin Rezaie, Carloh, Bassel Darwish, and Alvaro AM return alongside a selection of exciting debutants.

With notable releases across the year from the likes of Route 94 and Secondcity, Beltran, Max Dean, Audiojack and JUST2, to name a few, Solid Grooves' sister imprint Solid Grooves Raw once again maintained its presence as one of the most supported labels amongst the record boxes of the scene's biggest names while soundtracking highlights at the collective's summer Motel Casino residency at DC10. Beltran and Harvy Valencia team up for their label debut on Hot Creations, unveiling a slick collaboration alongside solo cuts on their three-track ‘Origins’ EP.

Bursting onto the scene as standout talents, Brazilian Beltran and Colombian Harvy Valencia are quickly becoming globally recognised figures in their own right. Hot Creations welcomes Uzbekistan talent Trace to the mix for his deep grooving ‘Fake Friends’. 

Fresh from releases on Nervous Records, North Of Neptune, and Criterio Records, Trace continues to make a mark as a promising up-and-coming artist in the electronic music sphere. His breakthrough came last year with ‘Taka Doom’, released on Cloonee’s Hellbent Records, earning him a spot in the Beatport Top 10 and garnering huge support from luminaries such as Solomun, Fisher, Marco Carola, and more. Now, the Uzbekistani DJ/producer lands his debut on Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations with ‘Fake Friends’, adding another impressive label to his growing catalogue.

“Last year, I released ‘Taka Doom’ and managed to combine the groove with the vocal sample nicely. With this record, I decided to do the same but with a totally fresh and different vibe. I think that the result is pretty good!” - Trace. 

Launching with crisp percussion, 'Fake Friends’ unleashes a cascade of bumping bass licks amid tumbling sonics. The track's rhythmic precision and contagious groove seamlessly meld beneath the deep, infectious male vocals, embodying the dancefloors vibrant pulse.

Hailing from the province of Venice in Italy, Marco Rubin has been making music since his mid-teens, channelling inspiration from tastemakers such as Jamie Jones; it’s fitting that Rubin brings his three-track ‘Modular Dance’ EP to Jones’ Hottrax label this March.

First up is 'Modular Dance', a gritty and lo-fi sound with a paranoid lead synth snaking through an urban landscape, before 'Follow The Time' heads for more stripped-back territories that pack a punch with its kinetic kicks and dry basslines. A chopped-up vocal reverberates about the mix next to freaky sound designs that really make this one pop. Lastly, 'Jump On The Floor' rounds out a stellar debut with an irresistible hint of garage shuffle in the drums, while futuristic melodic phrases rain down to bring some cosmic colour.
