Love Lost at the Seaside is a masterwork of Hammond-driven progressive blues-rock recorded by The Full Fathom Five  - a project that came together specifically to record this piece.  Written by Austen Cordasco (austenspace) and arranged by Matthew Wilkinson.  

Ostensibly the song is of a man falling out of love but at a deeper level it is a psychodrama about submission to entropy and chaos.  The narrator's physical journey is a metaphor for his spiritual journey, which is an arc of the Hero archetype's circular journey: the approach to the Abyss, where he is at his furthest from home and must confront his deepest fears.  His stopping and starting reflect the hesitations that we all make on our path to enlightenment, especially as we approach an event horizon.  The revelation that he receives as his world crumbles around him is that there is no god.  His elevated consciousness empowers him to take control of his free will and he continues on his way.
