If you have ever been to Segesta, you would understand this music. It is a magical place, on top of a hill of beautiful Siclly. On the top you will find an Ancient Greek temple, you will find the wind softly caressing your ears, you will be amazed by the view and you just want to stay and be there. That's what I tried to catch in this music.

A friend of mine was greatly inspired by Bachs Matthaeus Passion. I took a sample of Erbarme dich, trying to put this typical music for Eatern in a more modern setting in this age of social distancing and lockdown. Not an era for loaded churches, families flocking together.

Gazing the geese. inspired by the geese that since a couple of days are gatherings for their annual flight. As if nothing is going on in the world. There is some kind of serenity to be found in their sound as they fly over my house. on the other hand, they also represent internationality, they find a place of their own on so many places.
