 'The Heritage of Orchards & Cider Making in Wales' digital story collection was  a 2 year HLF funded project in partnership with The George Ewart Evans Department of Storytelling at The University of South Wales and The Welsh Cider and Perry Society. 
Catrin James was the Project Associate for the project, collecting oral histories from some fascinating people connected to orchards and cider making in 21st century Wales.
