Dave and Mike get up for their weekly hang, Dennis calls Dave and arrives shortly after because he is able to leave work early. ENTER DANTE. Dave & I were expecting him prior to Dennis' call, upon his arrival shortly after Dennis', he can no longer remember the barns entry code (lol) What a tit. We all jibber jab for countless minutes until Dennis 'stands by his bass' (there was no bass) Dany and I played piano, me on high, denni on low. Dante on drums (javiously) and daud on gootar. The memo consists of two jams. the first in B major. The second switching between B minor and B major closer to the end. I couldn't get the timing right on the chord changes.

The usual Saturday night jam with Dave and I. We were listening to a band he had just showed me called Docks. We were trying to figure out what chord they used to transition out of the chorus and we ended up writing Queen like broken picking part. We start A# to C#m, the verse is Dm to D#, the chorus is something like A# - Gm - A# - Bdim - C#m - F7, outro is the same as the intro but I play the my piano part skewed one measure later than Dave's guitar.

6.16.19 Another classic Saturday night jam at The Barn. We explored a little bit of jazz music using the chords from Mike's '55', then worked on a progression Dave came up with. The new sounds were really cool. Dennis on drums, Dave on guitar, Mike on piano.

This was actually a pretty structured jam. We started building a song with Verse-Chorus-Verse. There were some interesting chords using notes not in the key. G#major to G major was one change if I'm not mistaken. Dave-Guitar, Dennis-Piano, Mike-Drums.
