This is the final mix of "Lovers Lost" with a female vocalist. Passion gets away from many long term relationships then it is awkward and hard to find a way to open that communication back up. My hope is that "Lovers Lost" will be a bridge to a new line of  communication to rekindle the love and fire that was in the beginning.

LOVERS LOST

The song " Lovers Lost" is a relationship song about Passion that
slowly slips away. Where did it go? Wasn't yesterday or the year
before. Just woke up knowing we don't hunger for each other anymore.
I think this song is a very passionate song in its own right. One that
can be easily related to by most of us. Passion is recognized as a
intimate needed commodity in a relationship. Most would say it refers
to a sexual desire yet Passion is many things. If you say to
someone,"I love you with my whole heart!", but as time passes you can
no longer say that with true conviction but long for it  to return.
This song is also for you.

This is a new  version of "Drifting Time" with a Texas Country George Straight kind of sound. Drifting time was originally not thought of as a Country genre song. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it could be.

I have been writing for 3 years now about 70 songs and have 10 produced fully. A few more are 2nd versions of the same song with different verses. I write story songs for the most part. Lyrics and hooks are my strong suit. No vocal or instrument skills at this time. I have a few producers that take my lyrics and produce the melodies based on directions from me .
