As we know, the effects of racism are not confined to patients alone--but also impacts mental health professionals and researchers. During this episode, Dr. Gonzalez will highlight a recent webinar featuring himself and Dr. Napoleon Higgins where they discussed barriers that healthcare professionals experience, including BIPOC and other marginalized groups.
