Consistent happiness is no small topic at all. When Jesus says, "Dream softly of your sinless brother, dream of his kindnesses rather than the hurts he gave," he's always pointing us to the mind as to where the happiness originates. God created you as Spirit, and your happiness radiates out to everything and everyone. When you're happy, the whole world is happy. When you're not happy, you're not seeing a happy world. You may label some outcomes and events as happy, but you won't be consistently happy. It's impossible with judgment in mind.

Before you come to a state of consistent happiness, you seem to go through a dismantling. It's a dismantling of the self-concept, the image you believe you are, and the image you think the world is. Some of you may say it's quite a big thing to let go of this personality, including letting go of your belief in external wars, famine, external countries, and politicians. You have to let go of your belief in external stars, quasars, and black holes, and you have to start to realize, Oh my gosh, I'm the dreamer of this dream, and there's nothing outside of me. 

There's nothing that can hurt me and nothing that can harm me. To go through this dismantling, all you have to do is follow the guidance of Jesus and the Holy Spirit. It's straightforward. It's not a complicated thing, even though the Ego will try to make it cumbersome and will try to say but but but. But the truth is simple. And today's movie will take us from the paralysis of analysis into the glee of the present moment.

A new track for April. I've been working on this for a while, there's 3 guitar lines that intertwine here to set the seen layered with harmonies, delay and rise and fall . It's quite psychedelic and has a hypnotic groove. In the mould of prior track 'Would You Be Cool?' off the album 'Who Would You Be?'.

Divine Essence has 14 beautiful and heavenly songs, that can bring you into a deep meditation; to the remembrance of Who you truly are. The album is inspired by A Course in Miracles. 

Divine Essence is Svava’s first album that she was guided to make in 2019.
In a meditation, Spirit gave her the title Divine Essence and she was shown the image of the album cover.

Svava is a mystic who has devoted her life to Awakening. In 2016, after searching for the truth for many years, Svava desperately went down on her knees, to pray to God for help. At this time she began studying A Course in Miracles. Through listening to inner guidance, surrendering to a bigger plan, and letting go of everything in her life, Svava began hearing songs within her mind. Not having any specific musical skills or education, she found herself “downloading” beautiful, divine songs, complete with lyrics and harmonies. 

During the last three years Svava has received over 100 songs, but as she says: “I have never tried to write a song, I just hear them in my mind, they come during the day, or I dream the songs at night. I am not a trained singer-songwriter, nor a composer. I live my life purely on prayer and listening and following Spirit”.
