وَيَتْرُكُنِي الأحِبَةُ لَا مُنَادِي
أرَى الزَّيْتُونَ وَالاغْصَانَ تَنْدَى
وَآسِفَةً ... فَقَدْ زَادَ التَّمَادِي
تُسَائِلُنِي الأَزِقَةُ وَالمَبَانِي
أَهَذَا الجَوْرُ عِنْدَ النَّاسِ عَادِي!
أمَا لِلْعَالَمِ المَأْزُومِ قَلْبٌ
أَلَيْسَ لِهَذِهِ الدُّنْيَا مَبَادِي؟
