Prepare your ingredients. You will need a prepared pizza crust, your toppings, and the sauce materials.

In a saucepan, add Kikkoman teriyaki sauce, (1/2 cup) sugar, and starch. Heat the sauce over medium high heat until thickened.
Adjust sweetness as desired. (If you prefer saltier, leave as is. For a sweeter sauce, add 1/4 cup of sugar.)

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spread the teriyaki sauce over a prepared pizza crust. (you can use a cooked homemade crust, if you'd like.)

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add the onions and mushrooms on top.
Crumble the canned mackerel and top with green onions and more cheese.

Bake the pizza in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Complete! Slice the pizza as desired and serve.

Marinate the fish pieces and fry them in mustard oil.
De-Bone the fishes and shred it and keep in a big mixing bowl.
Fry the red whole chilli and crush it and put it in the bowl along with the fish.
Fry the chopped ginger & garlic and put in the same bowl.
Take the sliced onion and put in the bowl.
Add the fresh coriander to it also.
Lastly add 2 tablespoon of mustard oil and give all the ingredients a good mash with your hands.
Add salt and if required another teaspoon of mustard oil can be added to the bharta.
Then serve it with piping hot rice 🍚

For fried honey buns, you can place the slices of dough on a greased parchment-lined baking sheet about ½-inch apart. Cover them with plastic wrap and let them rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place.

While the slices are rising, heat 3 cups of vegetable oil or oil of your preference in a large saucepan to 320 degrees. Use a  to check the temperature. You'll also want to mix up your glaze so it's ready for you.

There are two ways you can add these honey buns to the oil. You can cut the parchment paper into squares around each bun and carefully drop the honey buns in that way or if you greased your parchment paper as I suggested, you can carefully pick them up and place them in the oil.

I fried them one at a time so that the temperature of the oil didn't drop. This is very time consuming but I had golden fried honey bun every time! Once one side is a golden color, flip and let the other side fry until golden.

Place the fried buns on a paper towel lined plate. Let them cool for about 10 minutes and dip them while they're still warm in the glaze. Let any excess glaze drip off and place on a piece of wax paper to dry.
