This piece was composed for the short film Biophilia by visual artist Nancy Hamel.

Biophilia is a short film that explores the natural world and the ways it can bring peace and calm. It highlights the importance of taking a break to appreciate the simple things in life. After having a difficult year, being in nature was the perfect opportunity to recharge and reconnect. The beautiful scenery of nature encourages viewers to take time out and enjoy the world around them.​​​​​​​

The Theory Of Nature

The theme is a story. I had in mind a movie scene about two lovers and the film is set in a small appartement in a big city. It's very dreamy and slow but very uplifting.

The Game

Theme composed for the French Canadian hiker/vlogger Christel Bourque aka La Petite Marcheuse. It is mostly inspired by the Pacifique Crest Trail. I wanted to convey a large landscape and a sense of liberty. There is a country/blues feel and I tried to give a deep rooted americana sound.
