This 23-year old is working on his Masters Degree at George Washington University and will be
doing professional work in the niche field of democracy-building in Eurasia. He shares his
recent time in Russia and what he learned from the experience.

I.  Career Building
     A.  Building a new life or career from scratch

      B.  Using disruptions to your advantage
           1.  Facing a disruption you can't push out of the way
                 a.  You can't move over
                 b.  You can't get past
                 c.  You have to change direction
           2.  Once you have done this, you know what to do in similar situations

                 b.  Don't necessarily have to be overly aggressive 

II.  A Russian perspective
       A.  When Putin is faced with opposition
            1.  He tries to pick an opposition to rally nationalism
            2.  He uses opposition to flex his muscles to build up domestic support

       B.  All news in Russia is government controlled and censored
            1.  Russian liberals don't believe the news

       C.  Putin's goal was to prevent the expansion of Nato
            1.  In the end, NATO doubled it's support
