I don't know if there will ever be anything quite like the mindfuck, oddity, group of incredible freakminds that Spiral Tribe circa 90's was.  Still is I suppose, but this was 30 years ago and they were breaking sanity at such a high level that no one would ever be able to match.  It was new, weird as hell, and if you let them, they would hangout at your house for 3 days or so and scramble anyone's mind that was brave enough to participate in such a journey.  Spiral Tribe, both collectively, as well as each individually, will always represent pure Techno to me, in every sense of the word.
