Lost the drum sounds to this somehow and cant be eff'd picking new ones at this stage so I figured I may as well put it here. First time I've put a sound on the cloud.  Keen to see what people think.  Got the computer and program about 4 months ago..still learning and open to suggestions.  Everything you hear is either played or programmed by me. This actually started with a lick on the guitar and then instead of recording it with voice recorder like I normally would, I punched it into the midi grid and picked the guitarish sound for it and went from there.

Drippy Tap

I think this is where I really started to take an interest in sampling..theres a Beasty Boys drum/percussion sample in there along with the big midi drums I programmed.

Beast Break

Only vinyl samples with drums that I played and cut up...done some more of this since then because I like the format but this was the first...straying away from the midi programming and high fidelity drums sounds I was getting lost in.

Tarnish

All MIDI- Couple of years old..gets boring needs lyrics..bit of a btreakdown bit in the middle somewhere. I was playing with chords on the piano (should do more of that)..played it then moved a lot of the notes around with my new found MIDI skills.

QUITE PROLIFIC

this one has words, a new snare skin on my drums..for this one I just used the individual drums sounds and a lot of copying and pasting (Its all my drum sounds except the midi kick in there under my big Sonor kick drum. ..and guitar played in my room with this mini vox amp that plugs straight into the guitar body.

Moral Life

I like to have a bit of hack at everything -everything is either played or programmed by me apart from lately the odd Vinyl sample or scratch -no matched up, dragged and dropped clips/samples. These are just jams. Nothing polished or final. Some of the tracks are some of the first ones I made when I finally learnt a DAW in 2015. Some of them get boring because they are waiting for lyrics. A couple of them are just the midi keyboard and programming with midi drums that was loving programming...steering toward some more organic sounds now.   Looking for vocalists to work with...do you know anyone?
