Quite impressive. Sounds like the perfect port. The only gripe i have is that the piano chords here, especially in the second part could use some fixing. Other than that, pretty much pixel perfect from the original source. Grand translation. Two thumbs up. :D

The last intermission track to be posted for the demo. I kind of got carried away with this and it ended up being longer than previous intermission tracks; I guess you could say I was... inspired? Aren't I a riot!

What is Sonic Chroma? Chroma is an HD 2D Sonic fan-game based entirely around trying to jam as many new, experimental, and creative elements into one Sonic game as we can while keeping it as fun as possible. New elements you may see in gameplay include ideas that may be normally considered "taboo" for Sonic games, ideas that you may have never even heard or thought of, or ideas that you may have already thought of and dreamed to see in a Sonic game one day whether it's official or fanmade.

The people behind this project (that's us!!!) are a team of earnest, mostly college-faring people from all over the world who decided to get together to create, just like how every other team has aimed for, what we feel is the most fantastic and from-the-heart Sonic experience as we can.

What sets Chroma apart from the rest is that our goal is to combine a whole buffet of fresh or otherwise unseen ideas with the classic Sonic formula to carefully craft and bring you an HD hybrid game. Why only let you play unique levels, give you new art to gawk at and new music to listen to, when we could also give you an entirely unseen gameplay experience on top of all that? It's the logical next step, and we're proud of working to see it realized.
