Thijmen is a a DJ who originally started playing in Groningen and who is now based in Amsterdam. Having played in many clubs like Basis, Lovelee and as a resident of Wolter Wolthers he started developing a love for disco and house music. Together with his friend playing the saxophone he traveled all over the Netherlands playing as a duo known as @hugoenthijmen. However, as a solo artist he is able to push the musical boundaries in a different way.

What looks like an ordinary supermarket from the outside transforms in an intimate bar and club on the inside: The Supermercat in the beautiful city of Barcelona. This club was founded only recently by the owners of Brunch Electronik Barcelona, opening their second location in Raval, due to their success. 

I was honored to be playing a 3-hour set for Piña, starting with house grooves and building up to some hard house to keep the energy high till the very end. It was a great experience bringing my sound from the Netherlands to Barcelona. Thank you being there! Let's dive back into that unforgettable night behind the doors of Barcelona's most unexpected club!

This was an evening to remember! My first b2b Barcelona session with the talented Boris Remmers at BeSide. With the initial part of the set being UK (speed) garage, we blended to Hard House with some groovy basslines and uplifting vibes to keep the crowd moving.

This b2b was one for the books. Boris's track selection surprised me and the energy level was maintained for the full two hours. It felt like a natural thing and I can't wait to do more of these in the future.
