This week I share the medicine of being transparent. Transparent to yourself and to those in your life. We are moving forward in a direction that is asking all of us to clean our windows of separation. I am here to remind you that we are all in this together.

Together, we enter the present moment through breath and physical touch. We explore how we are showing up and how much our perception affects the way we live. I address this planet's chronic addiction to complaining and what that is really doing for all of us. 

We close by softening back into our breath.
