Name: Ambient Sketch 1.0 by Moston Priory

Description: Drone was created using the Bass Station 2 and the Microfreak through a Zoom MS70-CDR reverb box. The keys were from the Microfreak, the strings were from a Fairlight emulator by Arturia and the other sounds used Native Instruments Massive X and Absynth 5. I sketched the basic melodies using Maschine and arranged / mixed it in Ableton.

My contribution to Disquiet Junto 578: Rabbit Spirit Ally.

All done on an Teenage Engineering OP-1 apart from some final compression by u-he Presswerk and reverb from Valhalla Room. Mostly played live but the drums were sequenced.

The genre is hip-hop, naturally.

I made this in bed recovering from a chest infection. Just wanted something fun to cheer me up. And it did! :)

The main melody came to me when I was thinking of the rhythm of a rabbit's walk.
