The ‘Health’ album is 100% dedicated to mental health and mental health awareness. I’ve dealt with mental health for a long time and this is the first time I think I've ever been truly open about it outside of friends and family. It took me a long time to realise the help available for mental health and now I feel as though its my duty to try and spread the message of a disease that could have very easily taken my life without the support from friends and family.
