With 'Storm' we welcome ANMA & Aves Volare to ICONYC featuring a couple of fantastic remixes courtesy of Sean & Dee and Eric Rose who bring us their take on the duo's new single. ANMA & Aves Volare have developed a universally loved unique style; a dynamic, groovy, deep and hypnotic fusion of genres that perfectly fits in any kind of club or open-air festival. The duo's releases have always received high acclaim - with support across the board from the who is who is in the world of electronic music.

ANMA & Aves Volare know a thing or two when it comes to mind blowing productions, as they deliver an irresistible track that kicks things off nicely with the melancholic vibes setting the tone. They roam effortlessly through progressive inspired melodies, while the sultry chords sit wonderfully on top of the driving percussive foundation. The duo takes it up a notch by introducing Aves Volare's vocal work, whilst upping the flow with cleverly programmed drumming and his trademark FX elements, without destroying the essence of the main groove. Their work deserves to be branded 'essential' in any sense of the word.

On remix duty we welcome back label all-stars Sean & Dee after their hugely successful recent releases. Sean & Dee who are known for their driving and refined sound, keep the ethereal theme of the original alive, as the pulsating bass powers along, before its drum fills and general drive all combine to do the talking. Like something from yesteryear yet sounding totally fresh - This massive touch up takes the energy quantities up a level and increases the drive with stripped back and lucid elements, before the energetic groove creates a blanket of warmth that will put a smile on your face.

The second remix comes courtesy of Eric Rose, who brings a more uplifting edge to 'Storm'. His rework creates a good feel vibe from the word go, as the atmospheric and driving vibe keeps you moving with warm tinkling sounds, a smooth edge and some nicely effected sounding pieces that keeps building to culminate into a lovely melodic groover. We basically have the formula for a bit of a monumental outing. The sparseness is the key here, as this restrained gem works its magic while it plays away, creating a stunning glow. 

With the talent on offer, ANMA & Aves Volare's 'Storm' manages to deliver a message of sustained musical relevance in emphatic fashion to warm the soul. Not to be missed!

The superb Siona Records is back with another fantastic serving of lush prog house, this time from BRAGKEN with a brilliant remix from Two Are. 

The Moscow-based producer duo were formed in 2019 by Ivan Bragin and his brother Fedor. BRAGKEN's approach blurs the lines between melodic, progressive, indie dance, house and techno with special personality added in. 

Sun Is Down features the vocals of Moscow based vocalist CATMOONK, and is an epic track with sweeping synths that reach out to the skies. The driving drums have slick percussion and detailed fills, while the big vocal up top is filled with drama and emotion. The whole thing is designed to lift your spirits and take you on a trip and it does that perfectly. Sun Is Down (feat. CATMOONK) (Two Are Remix) is more downbeat and deep, with a killer rubbery bassline and slick groove. The vocal remains intact and does a fine job of sending shivers down your spine and locking you in. 

This is another fine outing from Siona Records.

"My Own Time" was a landmark moment in Darin Epsilon's legendary career and became a viral sensation with over 3.3 million plays on YouTube, over 120,000 Spotify streams, and tens of thousands more on Soundcloud.  The track features the vocal talents of Alice Rose and was originally released in November 2015 as part of the "No Regrets" mini-album. Although it's not possible to be with all of you at the moment, we're still able to communicate through our music. We are delighted to share our new Song 'Home' with you, a collective effort from Delhia de France, Marino Canal and us.

As Marino had multiple appearances on Siamese Records like 'A Fire in the Sun' or 'Dreamt of Tomorrow' and we've already worked successfully with Delhia de France in the past on 'Tachykardia' from our debut album 'Nude' as well as our much-loved remix for her track 'Tremors :Nemesis', it seemed inevitable to work on a track all together.

Delhia had originally written 'Home' as a song creating an ambiance that beautifully resembles the feeling of stillness. "It's about someone scared of true intimacy running away from themself, but being seen by the other person who is offering a safe space, a home in the moment. With what we are is experiencing right now, many people are faced with a sudden stillness and it's hard for a lot of us to deal with it. Being forced to really be with oneself, in solitude" Delhia says.

The world hit pause and we had to re-evaluate our patterns of behavior, re-think life, re-appreciate the things that, too often, go unnoticed and most of all face our own fears. It could teach us that the true home lies in the moment. It's the safest place to be, where no fear exists, as there is no need for the past nor the future.
