Late in the evening my Wolfi came to me

Dogs will be dancing out in the woods

Wolfi - you know - my father won’t approve
Haven’t forgotten - the way you did those moves
Last time you told me and we danced among trees
And when you finished
He wasn’t very pleased


First you did a little Cha-Cha
And then you did some Salsa
How you moved your hips
Then at last your fabulous Kalinka
And when you finished
You finished with a kiss

My father said
Get that dog out of your head
I won’t have that bloke come around anymore
And my Wolfi ran into the night
Leaving me only my tears to cry

Waited for days - almost gave up hope
That’s when I heard
There’s someone at the door
Come on dear Kaisa
Run away with me
Come on let’s dance -dance among the trees

First I’ll do a little Cha-Cha
