I've ordered them all by who the song is predominantly about, in the same order that their Meet the Class videos were released (which is different than the order in the official playlist). Merasmus and Saxton Hale are at the end, and after that are the "everyone" remixes. For the individual sections, the songs are ordered by 1) remixes that solely have the one character in them, 2) remixes with other TF2 characters as well, 3) remixes with individuals not from TF2, 4) FNF mod songs or covers, 5) Undertale AU tracks, and 6) 15.ai or Uberduck covers, since they only get in on technicality.
