I wrote TLC because when you're out there chasing down the bag and being about your business, you can so easily overlook the one person standing by you through it all. They have needs too and they don't want to be neglected. So you have to show them that you understand and that you'll do better.

I genuinely wanted to create a track that embodied the ease and novelty of the 90s and a celebratory response to the much anticipated pandemic conclusion.
