KI/KI’s slash label takes a deep dive into the history of hard trance and proudly presents a first re-issue of a true classic and personal favorite ‘Emerald’ by Swiss production group Artemis. Originally released back in 1995 on the Swiss label Atoom Records, it’s one of the most sought after gems from this era. At its fast pace of 180 bpm it’s impressive how subtle and dreamy the 9 minute journey is, a truly unique piece of hard trance history. Remixes come from Sansibar, Alpha Tracks and label owner herself KI/KI.

JasP is a DJ originally from Kiel, who spent several years in Konstanz before making his way to Hamburg. For years, he has been organizing parties in Konstanz and Hamburg, including Cosa Konstanz and Turbo. Turbo, based in Hamburg, is still going strong with the most recent events in Fabrique in Gängeviertel.

JasP's powerful style ranges from fast-paced house infused with Baile Funk, to electro house flips, and tension-filled techno BOPs with ethereal rhythmic elements, hardcore kicks, and gnarly G-tech basslines.

Through his selection, he tells a story about the balance between the grind of hectic city life with its duties and demands, and the intense urge for connection, personal creative expression, and hedonism.
