Loving-Kindness Meditation

Rev. Soken Graf is a monastically trained Buddhist priest. He has been helping people, teaching meditation for over 20 years. 

As a meditation coach, Soken has helped individuals improve their marital relationships, have children, make successful career changes, develop business programs aligned with universal values, and cultivate satisfying, prosperous careers that align with a higher good. He has also helped independent professionals make the successful transition from corporate employment to starting their own business.

Currently he is at work realizing his own ideal: writing and publishing essays on Buddhism, life, poetry, and art, while studying Buddhism, teaching, working in New York City, building a hermitage in the mountains of North Carolina, and resuscitating a temple for Buddhist study and practice in Kyoto, Japan.
