Advice for the DJs, producers and artists of our community: Do whatever you want, especially if it’s weird, unusual, uncommon, unorthodox, or goes against the grain. Experiment and try new things. Remove categories and labels like “good” and “bad” from sound. Just make. Create. Experiment freely. Play. Major emphasis on play. Remember, this is fun. Abandon rules. Listen, listen, listen. Practice deep listening, both with music and with the sounds around you in your day to day life. Everything is a symphony. Meditate.
