In this week’s episode, student Cassidy McCarty has the pleasure of interviewing Kinsie Rayburn of Trust in Food. In the Women in the Workforce class, they are assigned the task of interviewing a woman whose career they admire, and as a Freshman in Environmental Science still looking for a career to pursue, Kinsie was a resource in her area of Conservation Agriculture. Listen as she details all that is possible as a conservationist, the super hands-on and more traditional approach she experiences, her work in the Peace Corps, and the importance of serving by listening to what the people need, instead of just doing what you’ve been sent to do.
