This song is beyond special, inspired by a trip to Griffith Park Observatory circa 2016 where I met, if not the love of my life, then most definitely the muse of my life. As I pondered the universe exhibits, I was suddenly overcome with a vision of the Holy City coming down out of the sky. This musical saga is my expression of a most excellent and beautiful event.

Originally written in the 1980s as an anti-nuclear war song, this song has taken a lifetime to finish, thus redux. Realizing Planet earth is at the crux of its development, the idea that this is a good world, a better world because of its comforts and technology is a complete misnomer, because in almost every part of the world at any specific moment a child is being abused, destroyed, exposed to war, misery, famine, hate, etc. WHY?
