Das „90 Grad“ in Schöneberg war berühmt für seine langen Nächte und rauschende Partys. Im Oktober 1989 eröffneten Britt Kanja und Bob Young ihren Club in der leer stehenden Halle einer Autowerkstatt. Während sich draußen die Welt wendete und drehte, während Ost und West zusammenfanden, tanzten drinnen schillernde Lichtgestalten und exaltierte Träumer. In kürzester Zeit kamen immer mehr Menschen in den Laden an der Dennewitzstraße, die an dieser Stelle mit einer zackigen 90-Grad-Kurve in die Kurfürstenstraße übergeht. Der legendäre Tanz Tempel ist nun schon seit Jahren geschlossen. 

Der Pony Club Tour Stop ist auch schon bald  20 Jahre her das Set vom Gig habe ich noch auf meinem Rechner gefunden und den ewigen Lockdown genutzt um alte Mitschnitte hoch zu laden.
