I've always enjoyed singing this popular calypso carol over the advent/Christmas period so it was an obvious choice to record my own version. It was written in 1988 by the prolific Graham Kendrick. I was lucky enough to meet Graham a few year's ago - a nice, genuine and unassuming man. He was generous with his time and encouraged me to keep on song writing.
