Bizarre Love Triangle VST Demo

Welcome to the world of the Roland MC303 Groove Box!
The MC303 was released around 1996/1997 and was primarily aimed at the techno heads although the MC303 was ready for dance, techno, rave, jungle, ambient & even hip hop production.
This VST creation encapsulates the 19 banks which contain all of the patches & sound effects from this tiny beast. There are 6 VST instruments covering the multiple banks of sounds and one drum rack VST which contains all of the 12 drum kits. You can purchase them individually if you only want say the bass & drums from the module, or there is a bundle price for the entire collection.
This demo, ‘Phorever People’ by the Shamen is one of my favourite dance tracks from the time. So I decided to use the MC303 VST and try and recreate the tune which has come out quite well! There wasn’t a reso synth similar to the Shamen’s synth on the 303 so I had to use just that one sound from the Korg Prophecy VST which is a separate VST purchase.
For such a small and affordable unit, the MC303 really kicks ass and as you can hear from the demo, can produce authentic 90s dance music quite happily.

The LinnDrum was used on many recordings throughout the 1980s, including international hits such as Frankie Goes to Hollywood's "Relax", a-Ha's "Take on Me", Tears for Fears' "Shout", Deniece Williams's "Let's Hear it for the Boy", and Madonna's "Lucky Star".
On the LinnDrum only the snare, tom and conga samples could be tuned, whereas the LM-1 allows every sound to be individually tuned. However, in this VST all samples can be tuned.
You will also find two 80s processed kits with authentic samples from Alexander O'Neil, Propaganda, Queen and Freddie Mercury. Pure authenticity for under six quid!

TR88 VST - 909 Demo

We took in a Roland D5 and sampled every sound of the Performance Banks. The VST comes in 2 parts, Bank A and Bank B. This is Bank A. All of the sounds have been multisampled and some are velocity layered.
The D5 is basically a D10 but without effects. It is a very underestimated synth with many highly useable sounds. You can manipulate the sound envelope, add reverb, pitch and pan. You can modulate the LFO too. I have also added the ability to switch between Polyphonic and Monophonic with the addition of a portamento glide function. Many of the above features are not available on the D5 so it adds even more creativity to your productions.
