This is a lazy sunday afternoon fun project. 
Sitting in the garden with much noises from the traffic and sweet noises from the singing birds and wind.

Yesterday someone brings me that song back in my mind. 
It was one of my first songs when i learned guitar 30 years ago. I didn't like singing at this time, only crooked and not in tune.
I haven't played this song in a long time. But it still works as if I had learned it yesterday.
It's a game i've got a online lesson "How to play this song, especially Guitarpicking" But i first i recorded the version in my mind. now i will check out the lesson and i'm exited how it sounds after that.

I learned to regain my independence and met some incredible people.
To go back to the inner child and take better care of her, to listen to her, to love her properly, was the assignment.

Considering the vivid images and sustained metaphor of the song “Strange Fruit,” it shouldn’t be surprising that it began as a poem. It was written by Abel Meeropol (1903-1986), a teacher, poet and songwriter, who published under the name Lewis Allan. Along with “Strange Fruit the brutal power of “Strange Fruit,” a tale of a lynching told via the rich description of a lifeless body hanging from a flowering tree:

Southern trees bear a strange fruit 
Blood on the leaves and blood at the root
Black body swinging in the Southern breeze 
Strange fruit hanging from the poplar trees 
Pastoral scene of the gallant South
The bulging eyes and the twisted mouth 
Scent of magnolia, sweet and fresh
And the sudden smell of burning flesh!
